Seize the Photo Photography would like to invite all of the Catawba Valley region to a huge event we’re having at the studio. We’ll be open on Nov. 21 from 10AM-8PM for our annual Christmas card mini-sessions. A session fee of $75 will include a 15 minute session (2-3 poses), plus 25 custom Christmas cards (you choose!). We will have several designs for you to choose from to help spread the Christmas cheer! Plus, everyone who books an appointment (non-walk-ins) will receive a free onsite gift!
Here’s the twist: we’re offering two setups–outdoor (you can bring your pet!) AND an indoor set that will re-create the living room scene from “A Christmas Story.” We’re really excited! Even for those families who want a traditional card, we’ll be able to maneuver the set so that we create a traditional backdrop. We have something for everyone! We have an idea for three scenarios:
a) Traditional Christmas: living room setup with fireplace, tree, and couch
b) A little bit more Story: same setup as above, with stocking caps, a “Flick hat” (aviator hat), scarves, etc. for everyone to dress up like the characters in the movie
c) Total “Christmas Story”: everything mentioned above plus the favorites from the movie–a “FRAGILE box,” pink bunny suit, Red Ryder BB gun, AND the leg lamp. The props can all be used according to your own tastes.
